Author Talk: “How Kids Define Love, Inclusion, and Trust: The Book of LIT” (Jamele Adams)

  • Scituate Town Library - Community Room 85 Branch Street Scituate, MA, 02066 United States (map)

Join us at the Scituate Town Library for an inspiring author event featuring Jamele Adams, presenting his new book: How Kids Define Love, Inclusion, and Trust: The Book of LIT.

Created using the LIT framework (Love, Inclusion, and Trust), this full-color book highlights children’s handwritten reflections on what these values mean to them—offering honest insights that spark conversation, empathy, and connection between kids and the adults who support them.

Jamele Adams has proudly served the Scituate community and its schools, including as Director for Love, Inclusion and Trust for Scituate Public Schools. He previously worked at Brandeis University as Dean of Students, where he supported programs celebrating pluralism and belonging. He is also a nationally celebrated poet and educator.

All are welcome.
